Return Policy
We accept returns on damaged or defective goods reported within 30 days of delivery. Sorry that we are not able to accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect. To be eligible for return, the goods and packaging must be in the condition as received.
TO MAKE A REFUND:
- Please email us at support@hemkonst.com to report details of any damaged or defective items (please include a photo as this will help us understand the issue and respond sooner)
- We will reply to confirm how the goods are to be returned
- Please prepare the goods for return, with their original packaging
- After receiving and inspecting the goods, and confirming they were eligible for return, we will order a replacement item, or issue a refund within 5 business days. Please note that the refund will take up to 7 - 14 Days to appear in the credit card / bank account statement.
CANCELLATION:
We kindly ask that you choose items carefully before ordering. All items are ordered from our suppliers specifically for a customer's order, and we do not hold stock in our warehouse. So once an order has been paid it cannot be cancelled for any reason.
